WELCOME
& Congratulations...
If you are looking for help to change how you think, feel, and behave then you have come to the right place.
There are times in our life when we get stuck in cycle of anxiety, worry, stress, negative behaviour and can’t find a way out of it on our own. Perhaps fears and phobias are taking over your life and it is ruling you and stopping you doing the things you want to do.
My clients mostly tell me, they want to ‘feel normal again’...
Our brains are our onboard computers, so if you think of your anxiety or negative behaviour like a virus in your software, it is on an eternal loop, and you feel ‘stuck’ and exhausted, the great news is that a software update is available
Best of all, the therapies I use are gentle and relaxing, and you will leave the sessions feeling like you have had the most incredibly calm and enjoyable experience, perhaps even like a mind massage.
If you want to ‘feel normal again’ why not book in for a call to begin that software download process and get back to living the life that you want.
HELPING YOU CHANGE
Your thoughts and behaviours
ABOUT ME
Coral Bugden
I am a mum of two and I have lived and worked in Dumfries & Galloway for over 20 years. I have always had an interest in mental health and well-being and so in 2015 when looking to develop a new career for when my children left home, I began formal training in different therapies and techniques.
I coach and support people experiencing difficult times or simply wanting to create change in their lives and behaviours.

FIND ME
Magnificent Crichton Estate, Dumfries
Originally built as a ‘Lunatic Asylum’ the Estate grew and expanded and became one of the U’K’s leading psychiatric hospitals with cutting edge treatment along with offering rehabilitation treatment to the rich and famous. The Estate was later adopted by the NHS but gradually the old building designs stopped meeting the criteria for modern healthcare and the buildings became surplus to requirements.
The Crichton Trust was formed, and their visionary approach means that the 85 acres of parklands and beautiful buildings are being maintained for the future benefit of the region. The buildings are leased to small and large companies and many events are hosted on site and I feel privileged to be able to work in such historic and beautiful surroundings.
Why not take time to walk the grounds and enjoy the peace and tranquillity that the gardens have to offer.

My blog topics usually come to mind when I am out dog walking in and around the river pathways when my thoughts have a chance to be still, often inspired by nature and the beauty that surrounds us when we take the time to slow down.
