Some people manage their stress well but if you are feeling overwhelmed and it is affecting your quality of life, you may be ready to explore ways of escaping that anxiety to live a happier more positive life.

Does your lack of confidence hold you back from doing things or achieving your goals?  Low confidence and poor self-esteem are often deeply embedded in our subconscious, but the good news is, you can change the way you think about yourself and free yourself from those negative and destructive thought patterns.

The health benefits of stopping smoking are well known and with the risk of breathing complications from Covid 19, there has never been a more appropriate time to stop.

The NHS website discusses this claim which was based on a study conducted by Universities and hospitals in the UK sand The Netherlands.  And concludes ‘The trial finding that hypnotherapy works better than educational support adds evidence to previous studies showing that hypnotherapy may have a helpful effect.’
