My name is Coral Bugden and I have lived and worked in Dumfries & Galloway for over 20 years.

My training began with the Scottish Centre of Neuro Linguistic Programming, and I am Certified and Licensed to Master Practitioner Level.

Qualified and certified in Clinical Hypnotherapy, I work in many areas such as stress, anxiety, phobias, stopping smoking and weight loss. I have a special interest in perimenopause / menopause symptoms and regularly give talks to educate women and men about this important phase of women’s lives.
I continuously develop my skills and knowledge and now incorporate EFT, Havening and EMDR into sessions so that I can offer my clients as many different techniques that can be used to overcome life’s difficulties.
