ONLINE THERAPY

Zoom, Skype, Facetime...

2020 has been a year of adaptation and change for everyone.  What we thought as the norm has now altered in ways we wouldn't have imagined before lockdown.

Historically, therapy was carried out on a face to face basis but time and research has shown that working over video conferencing facilities is every bit as effective as delivering therapy in person.  In some instances, it is more effective, particularly for those suffering from stress and anxiety.  You are in the comfort of your own home without the need to worry about transport arrangements, traffic hold ups, parking issues, finding your therapy centre and perhaps having to meet people that you aren't comfortable engaging with.

All you need is a stable wifi connection a comfortable, supportive chair, and a set of headphones.  Safety measures are built into the session so that if the wifi should fail, you will still awaken feeling refreshed and energised.

This change means that I am delighted to be able to offer a full range of services over video conference facilities to a much wider audience.

Please note:  Due to insurance restrictions, I am unable to work with clients based in the U.S. or Canada.
